| Abstract: | The concept of the data warehouse and the difference between the database are described in the present paper,the necessity and possibility of the development of the meteorological information data warehouse for a prefecture-level city are emphasized in the aspects of the need for the weather service in the modern society and the departments cooperation,the data source,the condition of the hardware and software as well as the talented persons,respectively. |
