摘    要:知识的开放与平等是图书馆人文精神的内涵,文献传递服务中人性化服务是高校图书馆的发展方向和必然趋势。本文分别从图书馆学五定律、图书馆服务五原则和图书馆员自身综合素养的提高三个方面,层层推进了图书馆人文精神的实现。

Abstract:The openness and equality of knowledge is the content of libraries' human spirit.Personalized service is the inevitable trend of development direction in the document delivery service of university library.This paper promotes the realization of the humanistic spirit at various levels from the following three aspects of the library:five laws of library science,five principles of library services and comprehensive qualities of librarians.
