职涯资本:概念内涵与量表改进

摘    要:职涯资本整合了人力资本、社会资本等概念,扩宽职业生涯领域的研究视野,职涯资本的形成在不同教育背景、政治和文化背景下基本一致,“三个知道”维度适合所有工作群体,但目前国内外实证研究中测量内容因研究对象的不同而存在较大分歧且测量题项复杂,有必要对此进行梳理,从职涯资本概念的核心内涵出发整合以往研究中的相关题项,通过两次问卷调查,采用探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析得到具有良好信效度的量表,知道为什么、知道如何做、知道是谁分别有4、5、4题项,为今后开展职涯资本相关研究提供基础工具。

Career Capital:Concept Connotation and Scale Improvement
Abstract:The concept of career capital integrates human capital and social capital concept, which broaden the research field of occupation career and been wide attention in recent years. The formation of career capital consistent in different educational, political and cultural background, the "three know" dimensions fit for all work groups, but the measurement content in empirical researches at home and abroad are significant differences and complex measurement items because of the different research objects. So this paper integrates related items based on the previous study to match the core intension of career capital, EFA and CFA basing on two questionnaires to get an excellent reliability and validity scale with know why, know how to do, know who respectively 4, 5 and 4 items, which provide the basic tools for related research in the future.
