企业创新、产权性质与组织冗余

学术界在大量探讨组织冗余对创新活动影响的同时，忽略了企业创新作为前因变量也可 能对组织冗余产生影响。以2007-2015 年上市公司为样本，探索了企业创新对不同类型组织冗余的 差异性影响，结果表明：（1）企业创新与组织非沉淀性冗余呈正U 型非线性关系；（2）企业创 新与组织沉淀性冗余正相关；（3）相比非国有企业，国有企业中创新和非沉淀性冗余之间的正U 型关系较弱，而创新和沉淀性冗余的正向关系则更加明显。

Enterprise Innovation, Organizational Slack and Nature of Property

while the academic discuss the effect of organizational slack on innovation activities, they usually ignore that the enterprise innovation as an antecedent may also affect organizational slack. Based on the data of listed companies in 2007-2015, we explore the different impacts of enterprise innovation on different types of organizational slack. the results show that: (1) there is a marked U-shape relation between innovation and unfixed slack; (2) innovation positively affects fixed slack; (3) compared to non-state-owned enterprises, the U-shape relation between innovation and unfixed slack in state-owned enterprises is weak, While the positive relation between innovation and fixed slack is more obvious.
