| 摘 要： | 选取江苏南京市和四川绵阳市为研究区,分别代表经济发达和经济欠发达区域,采用实地考察和问卷调查的方式了解征地过程中的农户行为与心理,分析两类地区调查结果的共性与差异,并探求其成因。调查结果表明:在土地征收过程中,缺乏土地征收知情权导致各地农民权益受到普遍侵害;农民参与权的落实以及对失地后的新环境适应性受到经济发展程度、文化程度和原本的生活方式影响。
