| 摘 要： | 产业集群理论是一种值得重视的区域发展理论。黑龙江老工业基地振兴采用产业集群战略,对加快技术创新,提高产业竞争力,扩大招商引资力度,吸引人才,解决就业,具有重要现实意义。会展产业作为一个新兴产业,在中国已经展现出蓬勃的生命力,不仅为自身带来了可观的经济和社会效益,而且有利于提升产业集群的集聚效应。

| Abstract: | The theory of industrial clusters is important to the regional development.It is significant to Heilongjiang as the old industrial base to adopt the strategy,which can accelerate the technology innovation,improve industrial competitive power,attract outside investment,introduce qualified personnel and solve employment issues.As a developing industry in China,meeting and exhibition industry has shown its vitalities.Not only does it bring the considerable economic and social benefit,but also it promotes the gathering effect of industrial clusters. |
