| 摘 要： | 我国传统文化中包含着丰富的管理思想,对当代企业的管理有着重要的启示作用。本文在实地调查的基础上,对企业家行为中传统思想因素进行了分析,希望能够进一步推进我国传统文化思想的研究,为企业的现代化管理与发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | There is abundant management theories in our traditional culture,which have an important enlightenment function to the enterprise management in modern times. On the basis of field survey,this paper analyses the factors of traditional culture in entrepreneur behavior,hopes to promote the studying on traditional culture and provides reference for the modern management and development of the enterprises. |
