Compared with highly developing regional economic cooperation in other region of the world, the cooperation in Northeast Asia develops slowly. In the paper, the writer analyzes the contents and forms of the regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia , considers that the cooperation on resources exploitation , industry and trade, finance ,labor ,science and technology will be the core of regional economic cooperation, the regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia will be a good future in 21st century.
