| 摘 要： | 分析了焦作市交通能耗及碳排放特征,探讨了焦作市低碳交通建设面临的主要问题和发展目标,并从控制私家车过快增长、优先发展公共交通、发展绿色交通、改善非机动交通出行环境及倡导居民绿色出行等方面,提出了焦作市发展低碳交通的对策建议。
