| 摘 要： | 会展商务活动项目运作的综合性、系统性、联动性特征正在催生会展业态布局调整的新格局,会展主题街区的形成正是会展业态布局结构日益优化的结果。在梳理总结会展主题街区发展的历史背景和形成路径的基础上,以上海光大会展主题街区为例做了实证分析,探讨了以会展主题街区为载体的符合中国城市特点的现代展馆发展新模式,为完善和提升会展主题街区功能提出了相关的对策建议。
