现役航空装备改装论证的模糊综合评价

摘    要:对现役装备进行现代化改装,已成为装备发展的重要途径。分析了现役航空装备改装决策的影响因素,研究了改装综合评价问题。运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,构建了评价指标体系,建立了模糊综合评价模型,最后通过算例分析了模型的合理性。

Abstract:Using of new technologies to upgrade and modify existing aircraft, had become important trend of equipment development. The thesis studied the issues of comprehensive evaluation of existing aircraft conversion, discussed the factors that had impacts on the aircraft conversion, build the evaluation index system, established evaluation model by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and Fuzzy Comprenhensive Evaluation(FCE). At last, the paper gave the example of application to verify that the model was reasonable.
