论国资委控制权的虚拟化及其管理

本文通过对河南省国有企业的调查发现,各地市国有资产管理监督委员会未能较好发挥其应有的作用,普遍存在的问题是控制权的虚拟化。本文通过对国资委的职能分析和国有资产监管体系构建原则的探讨,提出了解决国资委控制权虚拟化问题的对策与建议。

The Virtualization of the Control Power of State Asset Surveillance Management Committee

through the survey of state-owned enterprises in Henan Province ,the article finds that all state-run assets manage Supervision Committee in the regional city scarcely play their due roles, and the ubiquitous question is the virtualization of the control power. through managing functional analysis and state-run assets of Supervision Committee and managing Supervision Committee and structuring the discussion of the principle to state-run assets, This article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to state-run assets and the virtualization of the control power problem method of Supervision Committee.
