一个民间社区组织的成长经验及其面临的问题--来自长春市"和心俱乐部"的启示

基于对长春市一个自发社区组织"和心俱乐部"的一手调查资料,从它的生成过程、活动方式以及与外界组织的关系等三个方面探讨了这个自发社区组织的经验及其意义.和心俱乐部的成功之处在于它充分发挥了老年群体在社区工作中的作用.老年群体闲暇时间多,可以开展大量的时间密集型的公益活动;而且以老年群体为纽带,便于把社区变成熟人社会,构建自我照顾的社区支持网络.

The practice of a civil community organization and its problems--The experience and implications from "Hexin club",in Changchun city

Currently some community organizations established by civil society have appeared in the grass roots of Chinese city. They not only take part in the governance of community public affairs, but also construct community supporting network and develop community self-caring.Based on the firsthand data about a spontaneous community organization named "Hexin Club", this paper explores the experience of "Hexin Club" and its problems from three aspects including its making,its forms of practice and relation with outer organizations.We found that the role of the elite,resource condition and the relation with government are the critical factors which restrict the development of the civil communivty organization. The success of "Hexin Club" lies in the active role of the old in the community work.The old have lots of leisure time,and they can develop plenty of time intensive commonweal activities.In addition,the old group as a tie facilitates to turn the community into the acquaintance society and construct community supporting network of self-caring.
