闽台文化产业人才资源合作开发战略研究

Research on Talent Resources Cooperation and Development Strategy in Fujian-Taiwan Culture Industry

Fujian and Taiwan form an important and potential economic growth belt in the culture industrial economic circle of both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Fujian-Taiwan culture industry has a current and future opportunity of lifetime, while great challenge exists with the fierce competition for talents. Both Taiwan and Fujian should grasp the important period of strategic opportunity and cultivate a highland of talents for Fujian-Taiwan culture industry through cooperatively developing talent resources.
