| 摘 要： | 日益激烈的市场竞争、快速变化的市场需求和现代通讯技术的飞速发展,最终促使了虚拟企业的产生。虚拟企业与传统的企业在人力资源管理方面有很大的区别。人力资源管理问题已成为制约虚拟企业发展的瓶颈。文章在分析虚拟企业的人力资源管理存在问题的基础上,提出开创虚拟企业内部沟通新模式等对策构想。

| Abstract: | Because of fierce market competition, rapid change of market demand and modern communication technology, virtual enterprises come into being. They are quite different from traditional enterprises in management of human resources, which has hindered the development of virtual enterprises. After analyzing the problems in the management, the paper puts forward some ideas to set up inner communication model. |
