| 摘 要： | 中国于入世前后对有关著作权的法律、法规进行了大量的修改 ,完善了中国的著作权法律制度 ,加强了对著作权人的权利保护 ,使中国对著作权的法律保护达到了TRIPS协议的要求。在此基础上 ,中国对著作权法律保护向世界水平和世界标准努力。

| Abstract: | Before and after China's entry into WTO,it has done large amount of revisions to the laws and regulations concerning copyright,which has improved the legal system of China's copyright,strengthened the protection to the right holders,and enabled China's copyright law to be in agreement with the TRIPS.Besides,efforts have still been making to aim at the world level and world standard in legal protection to copyright. |
