| 摘 要： | 总部经济是经济全球化和区域经济一体化发展到一定阶段的产物,其效应不仅促进了企业的加速发展,更促进了所在区域的发展。对于我国经济中心城市上海而言,发展总部经济不仅可以促进上海的国际竞争力,更能带动长三角区域经济的联动发展。基于此,本文在分析上海总部经济现状的基础上,提出了上海发展总部经济的重点、模式和建议。

| Abstract: | Headquarters economy is a product of economic globalization and regionalization,which can promote the development of both enterprises and their located region. As the economic central city in China,Shanghai has the unique importance to develop headquarters economy. Based on this,the paper studies the status quo,focus,and mode of headquarters economic development in Shanghai,and finally proposes some corresponding suggestions. |
