21世纪我国金融业的发展将呈现出金融范围综合化、金融工具创新化、金融活动国际化、金融手段电子化的特点。这就要求我们金融人才在智能结构方面实现由经验型人才向知识型人才的转变；在专业结构方面实现由单一的专门人才向复合型人才的转变；在能力结构方面，实现由再现型人才向创造型人才的转变；在行为结构方面实现由封闭型人才向开放型人才的转变；在组织结构方面实现由个体型人才向群体型人才的转变。

The totalizaition of scope, innovativilizaiton of tools, internationalization of activities and elctronilization of means in the development of China's finacial industry in the 21st century demand the transfer of China's Fincial qualified personnels from experience oriented to knowledge oriented in intelligence aspect, from single ma jored to compound majored in speciality aspect, from reproductive typed to creative typed in ability aspect, from close modeled to open modeled in behaviour aspect and from individul patterned to collective patterned in organisation aspect.
