基层国有商业银行业务转型情况调查——以江苏省镇江市为例

近年来，基层国有商业银行的经营环境、竞争形势、客户需求等方面均发生了巨大变化，面对激烈的竞争压力，基层国有商业银行迫切需要对自身的发展模式重新定位，业务转型势在必行。本文以江苏省镇江市为例，通过对辖内基层国有商业银行业务转型情况的调查，分析了基层国有商业银行业务转型的动因，介绍基层国有商业银行推进业务转型的基本情况，并针对基层国有商业银行业务转型中遇到主要问题提出了一些对策建议。

The Investigation on Business Transformation of Branches of the State-owned Commercial Banks--Take Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province for Example

In recent years, the operation environment, competition situation, and customers’ needs of branches of the state-owned commercial banks have experienced great changes. The branches of the state-owned commercial banks need business transformation In the face of iferce competitive pressures. This article analyzes the reason of business transformation of the state-owned commercial banks in Zhenjiang city, Jiangsu province, and introduces their situation of promoting business transformation, then puts forward some suggestions.
