吉林省城乡经济协调发展研究

改革开放以来，我国城乡经济社会的发展取得了令世界瞩目的成绩，但同时也出现了城乡经济社会发展的失衡问题。吉林省作为中国传统的东北老工业基地，受到中国旧体制的影响极为深刻，其城乡发展的状况更是如此。目前，城乡二元结构矛盾表现突出，还存在较多的不协调，在城乡居民收入、消费、医疗卫生、文化教育、社会保障、基础设施建设等方面存在巨大差距。城乡经济发展不平衡，是发展中国家普遍面临的一个发展难题。农村问题得不到有效解决，国家的整体经济水平就得不到有效提高。

Research on Coordinated Development between Rural and Urban Economy of Jilin Province

The urban and rural economy of our country has developed greatly since its reform and opening. But the problem of unbalanced development between the urban and rural economy exists in the process of the development at the same time. Because of the northeast old industrial base, the old system seriously affects Jilin Province, especially in the development between the urban and rural. The contradiction of binary structure between the urban and rural is severe at present. And there are still more unharmonious things left. A huge gap still exists in income, consumption, medical, cultural education, and social security and infrastructure construction between the urban and rural residents. The imbalance of economic development between the urban and rural is a problem for all the developing countries. The economic level of the nation can not be effectively improved until the rural problems solved effectively.
