| 摘 要： | 随着对物流研究的不断深入,“逆向物流”逐渐被认为是降低物流成本的有效途径.本文简单阐述了逆向物流的概念、作用、特点,结合系统工程的思想,重点从逆向物流的构成方面深入讨论了逆向物流的管理策略,希望对现代企业的逆向物流管理起到一定的作用. |

| Abstract: | With the researching into the logistics deeply, reverse logistics is considered as the valid way to cut down the cost. This paper discusses the concept, effect, and characteristics of the reverse logistics. Then, using the systems engineering, I research into the strategy of management for the reverse logistics from its structure in order to further reverse logistics management. |
