中美两国食品安全贸易争端的政治经济分析

本文探讨了当前食品安全危机形成的三个主要原因,并从政治和经济的双重视角分析了中美两国食品安全贸易争端。从长期看,我国应努力增强食品安全,但就近期而言,必须坚持以我为主,从建立危机处理机制、制定食品安全标准和监管体制的发展规划、解决迫在眉睫的食品安全缺陷、加大食品安全的执法力度四个方面消除危机和争端,提高消费者的食品安全感。
