案例教学模式在资产评估课程中的实施与探索

资产评估作为现代管理学科的一个新兴专业,涉及多学科专业知识,本科教学模式还处于探索与完善过程。针对资产评估实务教学内容多、难度大的特点,引入案例教学模式应用于各专项资产的评估实务教学中,起到示例、讨论、联系实践、突出重点的作用。实践表明,案例教学模式对培养学生综合分析能力、提升实践操作能力、提高课程教学效果都起到积极作用。

On the Implementing and Exploration of Case Teaching Mode in the Course "Asset Assessment"

As an emerging profession of modem management discipline, Asset Assessment involves with many professional knowledge of different subjects and the undergraduate teaching mode is still in the process of exploration and perfection. Because the practice teaching of this course includes many teaching contents and the teaching is difficult, we attempts to induce case teaching mode in the assessment practice teaching of various specific assets in expectation to play a role of sample, discussion, connecting with practice and stressing the emphasis. The practice shows that case teaching mode can play an active role in cultivating students＂ comprehensive analysis competence, promoting practical operation ability and improve teaching effect of this course.
