教学与科研互动关系研究——以内蒙古财经大学为例

摘    要:教学与科研对于高校教师来说,在时间安排上等方面具有冲突性,对于高校人才培养等目标上却具有高度一致性.我校教师近年来科研成果数量和质量不断提升,但科研成果转化到教学中的程度、力度仍显不足,主要在于教师用于科研的时间相对不足、部分教师热心于科研的动力与目的扭曲、教学效果奖惩力度不够、学生助推作用不足等问题影响教师科研积极性.为进一步推动教学与科研的良性互动关系,提高人才培养质量,需要提高和强化教师的主动适应性、强调教师从事教学和科研工作在量上的把握,同时须要提高教师从事科学研究的时间,合理调整师资结构,注重教学水平的考核,发挥学生对教师监督作用,以促使教师开展科研研究保持持续性并与教学活动的有效融合.

Abstract:For college teachers,teaching and research conflicts in the aspects such as time arrangement etc. However,there exists highly consistency in talents training aims etc. In IMUFE,both the quantity and quality of teachers'research outcome are improving gradually, but the transformation degree and dimension of research outcome into teaching is not enough. To further develop positive interaction relationship between teaching and research and improve talents training quality, we must increase time for teachers to implement research,adjust the structure of teachers reasonably, emphasize on teaching standard assessment and stresses on students" supervision of teacher's teaching in expectation to maintain teacher~ persistence in research and the effective interaction with teaching activity.
