高职院校教师参与企业实践探讨

教育部2006111文《教育部关于建立职业院校教师到企业实践制度的意见》提出要建立职业教育教师到企业实践制度。目的在于提高教师专业技能水平和实践教学能力。通过几年的实践,一些院校的教师水平有了一定程度的提高,但是在企业实践中也遇到了各种各样的问题,影响了实践的效果,为了提高实践效果,应进行积极的应对。

The Ministry of Education＇s File 2006111 ＂The Ministry of Education on the establishment of the views of vocational school teachers to the corporate practice system＂ proposed the establishment of the system of vocational education teachers to corporate practice, aiming at raising the level of professional skills of teachers and practical teaching ability.
