摘    要:核心技术价值开发的潜力巨大,而开发者策略选择失当会导致项目开发失败。在梳理核心技术价值开发相关理论研究的基础上,将核心技术价值开发大致分为研发、成果转化和新成果再转化三个阶段,并构建了基于全寿命周期的核心技术价值开发理论模型。借助于核心技术价值开发不同阶段目标和致命因素关系的理性分析以及典型案例归纳,提出了针对处于技术生命周期内不同阶段的核心技术价值开发对策建议。

Abstract:Even if value development potential of core technology is tremendous, but it will usually bring to a failure project in that its developer chose some wrong strategies.Value development of core technology can be divided into three stages that are that of research and development, putting technology into production and changing new technology into production again, and theory model of core technology value development has also been constructed based on whole life cycle of technology in this paper, in basis of carding related theory achievements of core technology value development. With help of the rational relationship analysis between its target and lethal factors and summarizing typical cases which core technology are corresponding in different stages of value development, countermeasures suggestion that main investor develop core technology value development corresponding to their different phase of in whole technology life cycle has been put forward.
