| 摘 要： | 2009年，金融危机肆虐全球，给乌克兰的经济体系带来重创。本文探讨了在金融危机下乌克兰的科学技术的发展现状、研发经费投入等。从中可以看出，乌克兰凭借其雄厚的科技实力取得了一定的科研成果。
