全要素生产率影响因素实证分析——基于2001—2007年的省级面板数据

利用DEA的Malmquist指数法测算了29个省级单位在2001-2007年的TFP变化。在各省级单位相应年份面板数据的基础上，分析员工专业化率、对外依存度、外商直接投资度、科研投入率、私有化率对于TFP的影响方向和程度。实证结果表明：员工专业化率、私有化率与TFP成显著的正相关关系；对外依存度与TFP成显著的负相关关系；外商直接投资度、科研投入率与TFP分别成负和正相关关系，但其影响都不显著。

Empirical Analysis over Affect Factors of Total Factor Productivity Based on the Panel Data of Provincial-level Units in 2001--2007

By the Malmquist index of DEA, this paper measures the TFP changes of 29 provincial-level units in 2001 to 2007.On the basis of corresponding year panel data of provincial-level units, the article empirically analyzes the directivity and degree of influence on TFP exerted by the rate of labor specialization, the degree of dependence on foreign, the degree of foreign direct investment, the ratio of R＆D investment, the rate of privatization.The empirical findings suggest that the relationship between TFP and rate of labor specialization and the rate of privatization are both significantly positive ; the relationship between TFP and the degree of dependence on foreign is significantly negative ; the relationship between TFP and the rate of foreign direct investment and the ratio of R＆D investment are negative and positive respectively, but their affect are not significant.
