| 摘 要： | 公务卡与公务卡强制结算是财政部要求实行的一种公务业务结算方式,其目的是为了有效地遏制住公务消费存在的腐败、浪费现象,并对提高政府财务管理透明度、提高财务管理水平、促进银行卡产业发展及遏制"小金库"等方面产生重要作用。公务卡改革,以制度上与技术上的创新,推动并促进了政府廉政建设进程。
