根据信息不对称理论和关系型融资理论以及对大陆台资企业的融资偏好及经营特点的分析得出:多数台资企业倾向于向台湾金融机构和境外资本市场融资,融资渠道单一。解决大陆台资企业的融资问题,关键在于台资企业要提高信用能力,不断降低银企之间的信息不对称程度,同时台资企业要积极融入大陆经济环境,加强与大陆政府、金融机构、企业的合作,拓宽融资渠道,减少和消除融资障碍,使融资渠道多元化发展,最大限度地满足融资需求。

The financing predicament and solution of Taiwan:funded enterprises in Guangdong

This paper obtains some views according to the theories of information asymmetry,relational financing and analyzing the financing preference and management trait of the Taiwan-funded enterprises.The views are that most of them like financing from the financial institution of Taiwan and the money market overseas with many kinds of reasons.To solve the financing problems of the Taiwan-funded enterprises,the key is improving their credit,reducing the degree of information asymmetry between the banks and the enterprises continuously,and they need to integrate in the mainland economic circumstance positively,cooperate with mainland governments,financial institution,enterprises,widen financing channels,eliminate financing barrier to diversify financing channels and satisfy the financing demand furthest.
