| 摘 要： | 企业实施生态管理是实现其可持续发展的必然选择。现阶段，要使企业自觉主动地产生生态管理的需求和行为，仅靠自我约束、自我管理的方式是有困难的，仍须通过外部政策系统的驱动才能实现。本文在对环境管理手段进行系统剖析的基础上，就政府部门建立推动企业生态管理的政策系统作了有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | Ecological management is inevitable to sustainable development of an enterprise. At present, it is very difficult to make an enterprise initiate such requirement and actions on its own. It should be compelled by the environmental policies in China. By analyzing the means of environmental management, the environmental policies are discussed to promote ecological management in an enterprise. |
