| 摘 要： | 实现持续发展是当今人类的普遍愿望和共同日标，并受诸多因素的影响和制约。本文从＂持续发展＂的概念及含义出发，侧重于资源的归类、特性及几种资源预测模式加以分析和比较，由此提出了在保护和利用资源问题上应遵循的若干基本原则。

| Abstract: | The realization of sustainable development is the common aspiration and objective of modern human race, which is affected and controlled by various factors. The present essay is intended to make an analysis and comparison of the classification and characteristics of natural resources, with spotal atlention to the significance and functions of natural resources for the sustainable development of human society.An analysis based on the conception and implication of sustainable development is further made of some models of resource calculation, on the basis of which some basic principles are established of the protection and utilization of natural resources. |
