| 摘 要： | 通过对西方和我国政府所奉行的财政政策理念沿革的回顾,以及对我国目前存在的财政风险隐忧的分析,认为我国目前所实施的积极财政政策不可持久,未来长期的财政政策理念必须向理性财政回归。

Evolution of Financial Policy and Revival of Rational Finance |

| Abstract: | The article reviews the evolution of financial policies that have been adopted by our country and countries in the west. It then analyzes the hidden hazards for our present financial policy. In the last place the essay suggests that the active financial policy that our country is following at present cannot be sustained,and that the financial policy idea must regress towards rational finance in the future. |
