| 摘 要： | 针对目前土地开发整理项目预算编制中存在的一些常见问题:工程量计算难以准确把握;列项不准确,有漏项或重复列项现象;对预算定额理解不透,不能准确使用定额;计量单位不一致,对预算总投资影响较大;设备类型的选取不合理,造成预算投资的偏差等.提出了相应的解决方案,以期有助于完善和提高土地开发整理项目的预算编制成果,把好土地开发整理项目的投资关,公正合理地确定投资额度.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes common problems in the process of working out the budget of land development and consolidation projects, such as uncertainly of the accuracy of project volume calculation; inexact or repeated listing of items;inaccurate ration from misunderstanding;influence on the total investment budget as a result of different computation units; and inaccuracy of investment budget resulting from unreasonable equipment matching. The paper also puts forward solutions to these problems, which will improve the quality of budget arrangement and guarantee investment. |
