| 摘 要： | 利用集对分析方法(SPA),从同、异、反三方面研究由于供应链关系中的不确定性因素而形成供应链关系脆弱、导致供应链危机的过程。从实际出发,结合SPA得到了供应链关系预警指数,有效防止信息丢失;并针对不同预警指数范围给出了相应策略,为企业决策提供了方便。

| Abstract: | Using set pair analysis, it is discussed that uncertainty factors in supply chain relation lead supply chain relation weakened and crisis coming forth in three aspects of identical, different and contrary researches. To proceed from reality, early warning index in supply chain relation has been obtained combing with SPA, which could prevent the loss of information effectively; Corresponding strategies aiming at different areas of early warning index are presented convenient for decision-making in enterprises. |
