| 摘 要： | BOT方式是目前各国广泛用于基础设施建设的一种投融资方式。在介绍BOT的含义、特点及用BOT方式筹集建设资金的优越性的基础上，论证了铁路基本建设运用BOI、方式的可行性，并对我国铁路基本建设利用BOI方式进行融资提出有关建议。

| Abstract: | BOT is a type of investment and financingmode that is widely employed in the world for infrastructureconstruction. Based on an introduction on the meaningand the features of BOT as well as the advantages ofBOT in raising constructional funds, the paper demon-strates the feasibility of adopting BOT mode for railwayinfrastructure construction and gives relevant suggestionson BOT financing. |
