| 摘 要： | 在现行《证券投资基金法》框架下我国证券投资基金市场监管的基本理念已经不能够完全满足市场参与者的需要，因此有必要在理论上界定证券投资基金市场监管的目标、原则和手段，并在此基础之上将这些理念的调整反映到正在进行中的《证券投资基金法》修订工作之中，以更好地适应未来我国证券投资基金市场的整体有序健康发展。
