基于BIM的工程项目管理信息系统设计构想

在现代信息技术的影响下建设项目管理已逐渐转变为对项目信息的管理，传统的信息沟通方式已远远不能满足现代大中型工程项目建设的需要。文章从工程项目管理信息系统的研究及应用实践现状出发，总结了现阶段存在的问题，介绍了建筑信息模型（BIM）的概念、特点及应用前景，进而分析了基于BIM架构下工程项目管理信息系统的优势，提出了基于BIM的工程项目管理信息系统的架构及其九大功能模块，最后简介了该系统如何进行全寿命期的集成运行。

Blueprint of construction project management information system based on BIM

Under the influence of modem information technology, project management has gradually changed to the management of project information. Meanwhile, the means of traditional information communication cannot satisfy modem large-medium projects. The existing problems were summarized according to the research of project management information system and practical application. The concept, characteristics and application prospects of the building information model （BIM） were introduced. The advantages of project management information system based on BIM were analyzed. Its structure and nine modules were presented. Finally, the system operation throughout the life cycle was discussed.
