| 摘 要： | 商业服务承诺制是近年来商业服务领域实施道德和法律约束的一种尝试,其实质是以社会契约的方式把商业服务的一系列的道德要求具体化为有章可循、有章必循、违章必究的办事制度。要使其落到实处,必须加强法制建设,强化法律约束力;完善社会监督机制,强化外在约束力;加强职业教育培训制度建设,增强内在约束力。

| Abstract: | Business services' commitment develops from an attempt to implement moral and legal restrictions in the field of business services, which in nature makes a series of moral claims in business services more specifically into working system of having rules and regulations to observe, and to observe absolutely, and be sure to find out those violating them. This article holds that it has practical significance in implementing business services' commitment to perfect social supervision, and strengthen occupational training. |
