| 摘 要： | 阐述了PERT在项目进度管理中的应用,分析了影响项目进度的不确定性因素,运用教学方法估算项目的工期,提出项目进度控制需要做好的工作,建立预警模型,以提高进度控制水平,有效防范项目中的风险,确保项目工期的顺利实现.

| Abstract: | In the article,It elaborated the application of PERT in project schedule management,analyzed the uncertainty factors that influenced project schedule,used mathematics method to estimate duration,and proposed the work needed to do to control schedule,then established precaution model so as to enhance schedule control level,guard the risk effectively and guarantee the duration. |
