对“现代企业制度”改革模式的反思

摘    要:建立“现代企业制度”一直是中国国有企业改革特别是大中型国有企业改革的主体思路,运用这种改革模式,我国的国有企业改革取得了明显的成绩。同时这种模式也具有明显的局限性:多见物少见人;公众治理薄弱;未考虑与国情的契合性;未考虑到生产组织变迁的新趋势。本文对这一模式进行了反思和检讨,指出推进改革必须充分考虑我国的国情,必须维护最广大人民的根本利益。

Abstract:The foundation of modern enterprise system is always the principal thinking of the reformation of state-owned enterprise especially thebig and middle model state-owned enterprise in china. The reformation of state-owned enterprise gains great achievements through this reformation pattern,at the same time, this pattern also has obvious limitation: overlooking the factor of person; the weakness of the public governance; overlooking thecorrespondence to our national conditions; overlooking the new trend of new productive organization. This paper rethinks on this reformation pattern, theauthor thins that the national conditions should be fully thought through the process of pushing reformation, and the benefit of most people should besafeguarded.
