| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下 ,党的基层组织面临的环境和所担负的任务 ,都发生了崭新的变化。党组织和党员的活动方式和活动范围与以往大不相同 ,这就要求同江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”的重要思想统一认识 ,结合实际 ,指导工作 ,从组织上、思想上、制度上来加强党的基层组织建设 ,真正把基层组织建设成为坚强的堡垒

| Abstract: | Under the market economy condition,and facing the environment and assignment,the party's primary Level organizations have been changed. The activity method and the activity scope of party organizition and party members are different from before,this made us unify the thought with Comrade Jiang Zhemin's "Three Represent"and build the primary organization into the strong fort. |
