| 摘 要： | 从内创业能力（intrapreneufial competency）这个概念出发，对其产生和发展进行了考察，提出了中国背景下内创业能力的关键维度，对内创业能力与企业绩效的关系进行了初步的探讨，并对今后的研究提出了一点建议。
