| Abstract: | To build socialism new countryside,we must improve peasant’s quality,raise new type peasant.Thus,leading cadre in all grades should enhance peasant’s education in ideological and ethics,as long as the education in legality view;improve the contracture in cultural education;strengthen building and innovation of system and peasant’s democratic capacity. |
