| 摘 要： | 地方民族文献是记录当地各民族政治、经济、文化、历史等重要信息的载体,开发利用新疆民族地方文献资源具有重要作用及价值意义。运用先进的数字、网络技术对其进行管理,是加强地方民族文献信息资源的数据库建设、建立新疆地方文献信息资源保障体系、系统采集地方民族文献信息资源的最佳途径。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author analyzes the characteristics of local ethnic literature to explain the important role and value for how to develop and utilize local ethnic literature in Xinjiang.The use of advanced digital and network technology management is the only way to realize the local national database of information resources,systematically establish information resources of Xinjiang security system and collect the national information resources. |
