| Abstract: | Starting with the developing history and present situation of Macao real estate, its background factors are exploited. Based on the method of cointegration theory, the authors make a positive analysis of the long-run relationships between the sales of real estate, per capita GDP, deposit and loan of Macao by using economic data of 1982-2005 fiscal years. And the model of Development of Macao real estate is built up and used to analyze the big rise and fall of Macao real estate from the nineteen eighties. |
