This paper analyzes the dangerous factors in the relocation and reconstruction of refined oil pipelines,and summarizes the dangerous factors that affect the relocation and reconstruction of oil pipelines,including operating medium,pipeline,route direction,natural disasters,social environment and other factors.Third-party construction and other man-made damages,illegal operations,unqualified engineering quality,and equipment failures will all cause pipeline oil leakage.In addition,the main reasons for oil leakage in the refined oil pipeline are the failure of the external anti-corrosion layer of the pipeline and the perforation of the pipe wall.In view of the above dangerous elements,formulating safety countermeasures to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents plays an important guiding significance for the relocation and reconstruction of oil pipelines.
