| 摘 要： | 从整体上看,我国垄断行业改革近些年取得了一定程度的进展,但同其他改革相比,还处于比较滞后的状态.我国垄断行业深层次的体制矛盾还相当突出,改革还处于"胶着"状态.从适应WTO规则以及完善我国市场经济体制的基本要求出发,我国垄断行业改革还存在一些明显的不足,推进垄断行业进一步改革具有很强的紧迫性.

| Abstract: | Reform in China's monopoly industries, in general, has made some progress in recent years but still lags behind compared with reform in other fields. Profound system contradictions in China's monopoly industries are severe, and the reform reaches deadlock. With regard to the requirement of meeting WTO rules and perfecting China's market system, current reform shows obvious defects and it is urgent to advance further reform in monopoly industries. |
