| 摘 要： | 分析了我国民营企业美特斯邦威集团实施虚拟经营的基本过程和效果,得出了虚拟经营模式为我国民营服装企业的发展展示了一条新的路径的基本结论。强调虚拟经营可以盘活民营企业的闲置资源,导致新的专业化分工协作模式的出现,实现敏捷制造;同时指出了我国民营企业实施虚拟经营的基本路径。

| Abstract: | The basic process and effect by which Metersbonwe Group implements virtual operation were analyzed,and the conclusion that virtual operation mode lays out a new path for Chinese private apparel enterprises was drawn.This paper emphasizes that virtual operation can revitalize the unused resource of the enterprise,lead to the appearance of new special division and cooperation,and realize prompt manufacture.Also the basic path which Chinese apparel enterprises actualize virtual operation is given. |
