| 摘 要： | 足球比赛里，除了自身要具备好的技战术外，心理因素在比赛中起了不可低估的作用，特别是当球队在困难的时候和关键的时刻，会起到决定性的效果。平时训练的安排中，要有针对性练习，使运动员们心理素质得到锻炼和提高。在比赛中才能发挥稳定，为创造佳绩打好基础。

| Abstract: | In football game, in addition to good skill and strategy, psychological factor play an important role, which is even decisive in difficult and critical time. So, in the daily training, psychological training should be arranged accordingly to improve the player＇s psychological quality. This will help them to play in a stable manner and improve the chance of achieving good result. |
